Purpose;
Our unique Pro- Series Atomising Fuel Nozzle was designed for high end direct port race applications.
They are designed to atom the fuel without freezing it, which means the fuel will vaporise much quicker and to a higher degree. When using combined fuel and nitrous nozzles (Foggers), the fuel suffers a massive reduction in temperature (as the nitrous is fired directly at the fuel in very close proximity) and can even become frozen into solid particles. Frozen or even low temp fuel, takes much longer to absorb heat energy, to raise the temperature back up to the required level to vaporise and unless the fuel is completely vaporised, it will NOT burn and your motor will run lean and detonate as a consequence.
Unique features of the combined Atomising Fuel Nozzle;
- Unique 3 piece design of the Atomising Fuel Nozzles allows customers to change the jet size, without needing to purchase a complete unit, which is almost half the cost of our previous two piece design.
- Atomises fuel without the need of nitrous being blasted at it, avoiding the seriously detrimental cooling effect that causes.
- Atomises the fuel as well as electronic fuel injectors.
- Atomises fuel at pressures as low as 10 psi.
- Promotes exceptional good mixing with the air and the fuel, rather than just the nitrous.
- Manufactured from high grade stainless steel.
- Suitable for connection to 5mm nylon pipe.
- Has a 1/16" NPT male mounting thread, making it suitable for direct replacement of most US brand combined nozzles.
