Your nitrous Pulsoid will have been supplied with a fine white filter from new which keeps debris from getting trapped in the solenoid causing it to leak. This filter can, over time become blocked by fine debris and will eventually reduce the flow of nitrous through the solenoid. It's a wise idea to occasionally check the filter and replace it as necessary.
