Our stand alone digital to analogue converter unit, is designed to take a digital input signal (from for example a nitrous progressive controller) and convert to give a 0 to 5 Volt analogue output signal, that can be supplied to an ECU or data logger.
The purpose of this unit is to enable an ECU (or data logger), to monitor and/or act on the output pulses from the progressive unit.
When connected to an ECU it would be possible to run a dry system and create a map for the fuel and ignition timing, based on the analogue information provided by the unit.
Please note that the above features are an integral part of our Max Extreme controllers, so this stand alone unit is not required if you have one of those but it would be needed with 99% of other nitrous controllers.
