Wizards of NOS Lifetime Warranty 

Most products 'manufactured' by WON are covered by a warranty against any 'manufacturing' defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by any unapproved dismantling or modifications by the customer, nor does it extend to deterioration due to ‘normal’ aging and use. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferrable to subsequent owners of the products.

This warranty does not apply to products that are not 'manufactured’ by WON and such products are only covered by the statutory laws applicable at the time or the original manufacturers warranty, whichever is the longer. We will be posting a full list of all our products and the appropriate ‘specific’ warranty information as soon as possible but until then, please call for details if you need more information on a particular product. If any part becomes faulty, before even considering the return of the product, it is advisable to phone & speak to one of our technicians, as most problems can be easily resolved that way.

If it is decided that a product needs to be returned to us for inspection, it will need to be sent with proof of purchase, along with full contact details and payment for return postage, with a brief description of the fault. Based on the results of the inspection, WON will either repair or replace the product if the fault is found to be a manufacturing fault. If the cause of the fault is found to be outside our warranty terms and conditions, we will offer to repair or replace it at the customer's expense.

Highpower Systems (WON) does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss as a consequence of either the systems function or malfunction.

WON's Promise 

WON will always attempt to supply customers with their exact requirements and whenever possible will try to make the list of parts and visual representations of particular systems, represent the actual parts supplied as closely as possible, but due to changes in suppliers and availability, WON reserve the right to supply components that may not be exact replicas of those shown and/or listed.


X-10 Pulsoid Limited Lifetime Warranty

Due to the exceptional design, the extremely high quality and the fact that each WON X-10 Pulsoid, is extensively tested before being sold, it is almost unheard of for any to fail due to any warranty issue. 

For those reasons all X-10 Pulsoids are covered by a limited lifetime warranty, against any defects in the manufacturing process.

This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser only, proof of purchase will be required for any warranty claim.

Limitations (for clarification purposes this warrantee does not cover any failures included in the following list of limitations);

·         Damage caused by modification, disassembly or tampering with  the original product, other than by an authorised representative.

·         Any internal failures caused by ingress of foreign bodies. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that Pulsoid are not subjected to contaminated nitrous and/or fuel.

·         Damage caused by incorrect wiring and or use, including burned out coils due to excessive operating times.

·         Damage caused by fire, neglect or abuse etc.

·         Damage caused by any use that is deemed to be outside of normal operation conditions e.g. in the event of nitrous pressure being applied to a fuel Pulsoid.

·         The fuel Pulsoid plunger seal has a specific warrantee exclusion, for any damage/failure caused by any future changes in the chemical composition of fuels and/or fuel  additives, as these are outside of our control and carried out in secret, without any prior warning.

We use Paypal and Sage Pay where your credit card information is encrypted with a leader in electronic credit card authorisation.

Disclosure of information policy

We never make your e-mail address available to any other company or organisation and only use the information for our own personal records and contact information.

You have the option to check the newsletter feature and get updates on new products. We reserve the right to contact any customer via e-mail or telephone number to inform about recalls.

We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any given time.

Shipping & Returns

We will attempt (although we can't guarantee it) to get all 'in stock' orders out the same day if the order is placed before 12.00 pm (GMT). All 'in stock' items will be dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise stated.

Orders over £100 must be sent to the card holders address (or the verifiied Paypal address in the case of this type of payment).

Highpower products are covered by a lifetime warranty (for the original purchaser) and we will strive to return any repaired/replaced product around the same day to limit any inconvenience caused. The carriage to our premises must be payed for by the sender. We will pay any return carriage costs.

Any 'non-faulty' returns must be returned un-used and un-damaged in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase and will be subject to a 5% administration fee (minimum £10). Any 'non-faulty' items in the same condition returned after 14 days of purchase will be subject to a 20% administration fee (minimum £10).

Privacy & Security

All information we collect is stored in a secure database and not shared with anyone else but Highpower employees.

Highpower asks customers to submit e-mail addresses and phone numbers voluntarily so we can inform our customers that we received orders and provide updates. This also helps in contacting the customer if there are any order processing problems and to offer advice or tech support.
